Terms of Service

Planazo is a group travel planning app operated by Emily Mason, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as "Planazo" ("we", "us"). These terms form a contract between you and Emily Mason. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app. You can reach us at hello@planazo.co.uk.

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• Give accurate details and keep your login secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone else.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

Anyone with a trip invite link can see that trip's preview. Trip organisers control who is added and removed. Content you post to a trip — plans, photos, comments, expenses — is visible to everyone in that trip.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, display and process it so the app works (for example showing your photos to your group and on your travel atlas). We don't sell your content or use it for advertising.

Don't upload anything unlawful, hateful, or that you don't have the right to share.

Planazo tracks who paid what and calculates suggested settlements. We are not a payment provider, bank or money transfer service. We never move money for you and we're not responsible for debts between members of a trip.

Location sharing is entirely optional, off by default, limited to the members of a single trip, and expires automatically. You can stop it instantly at any time. See our Safety page for details.

• Don't harass, stalk or track anyone using the app.
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer or attack the service.
• Don't use Planazo to organise anything illegal.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

We are a planning tool, not a travel agent or tour operator. We don't sell, arrange or guarantee flights, accommodation, activities or insurance. Any third-party place, deal or recommendation shown in the app is information only. You're responsible for your own travel decisions, documents, insurance and safety.

We work hard to keep Planazo running but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, missed travel, or anything that happens on a trip. Nothing here limits liability we can't legally limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Planazo is currently free. You can plan trips, invite your group and use the core features without a subscription or payment details. Some technical limits apply to keep the service reliable, such as a maximum photo size and number of photos per trip; these are not paid upgrades. If we ever introduce optional paid extras, we'll explain them clearly before anything is charged, and nothing will be charged automatically. See free access. Anyone who bought Planazo Pro before this change can keep or cancel it from Manage billing on their profile.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
